HOMEWARE ITEMS
All standard New Zealand orders are shipped via Aramax (formally Fastway couriers). You can track your order easily via the online tracking service supplied in your confirmation email. Your signature will be requested upon delivery, unless otherwise stated. Standard delivery within New Zealand of smaller 'homeware' goods is $12.00. North Island delivery time is 3-7 working days. And for South Island delivery, please allow 5-10 working days. We allow free of charge store pick-ups - weekdays 9-5, and weekends 10-4. Please note, we do not post orders to P.O Box addresses.  
Please state in the 'notes' of your order if you'd like gift wrapping - we are happy to offer this free of charge. 

FURNITURE ITEMS
For larger items, including all furniture pieces, you can choose to collect from our Napier store. We also offer local delivery for an additional $50-$100 dependant on your address.
If you've ordered a piece to be collected from our show-room, please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your item ready for collection.
For all other deliveries, please contact our team to receive a quote (dependant on item size and delivery location). Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Email shop@madisons.co.nz or call us +64-06-835-0056 to receive a freight quote. 

REST OF WORLD SHIPPING
If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email shop@madisons.co.nz with your location and we will provide you with a freight quote. Any additional taxes, quarantine charges or customs duties that are incurred within the recipient's country are the responsibility of the customer.

Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and Madisons cannot be held liable for unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please contact us so we can follow up with the courier company.
