Madisons offers a delivery service from Monday to Saturday. All online orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

RD/RURAL & NORTH ISLAND DELIVERIES
A $25.00 delivery fee applies. You must contact our florist before placing a flower order for a rural/out of town address. Examples of rural deliveries include: Maraekakaho, Eskdale, Poukawa, Crownthorpe, Twyford, Waimarama & Ocean Beach, Waipukurau & Waipawa.
ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEEKEND & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Orders placed on a public holiday will be delivered on the following working day unless another weekday is stated by the customer.
ORDER MESSAGE & DELIVERY DATE
At the cart you will find an area to insert your order message and an area to select your preferred date for the delivery of your order. We will make every effort to satisfy your date selection, but this cannot be guaranteed.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE OUT FOR DELIVERY?
We use an external flower courier company who collect our arrangements 2-3 times per day Mon-Fri. You will receive an email notification when your order is out for delivery. Please note, we cannot provide you with a tracking number or a notification when the flowers have been delivered. You will be notified by email if the courier driver could not deliver your order.
COLLECTING IN STORE?
You will receive and email when your flowers are ready to be collected.
IF NO DELIVERY DATE IS SELECTED
If no delivery date has been selected at the Cart, your order will be delivered on the next available delivery run.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If no one is at home to receive the flowers, our courier driver will leave your flowers in a secure spot in the shade. All of our flowers are wet wrapped and created to last the delivery journey. One delivery attempt will be made, If this is not successful the order will be bought back to the store for collection and you will be contacted via email / phone.
