We invite our customers to spend time in our inspiring store, where our skilled floor staff can offer in-store styling advice, or for a more comprehensive project, we can assist you virtually via email or visit you in your space.
In Store
Our beautiful store is always changing, offering infinite inspiration and allowing you to visualise pieces in your own space. We welcome our customers to bring photos and ideas, to help discuss their needs with our experienced floor staff.
In Home Consultation | $150/hr + gst
If you feel like you need a little extra help, our Senior Stylist can visit you in your home to look at your space as a whole, to see how it works, what might be missing and offer solutions within budget.
Travel outside of Napier, Hastings & Havelock North may incure additional fees.
Design
We specialise in styling and the finishing touches, if the scope requires more in-depth design work, we can happily recommend and work with some great kitchen & bathroom designers, and colour consultants.
Sourcing
Madisons have a wide variety of products to suit different spaces and aesthetics, however to achieve the desired outcome for both residential and commercial spaces, we may need to source or customise pieces which may incur additional hourly fees.
Custom Curtains & Soft Furnishings
We have a custom-built studio in house where we can create stunning bespoke curtains and soft furnishings to complete your space.
Appro Service
Sometimes it can be hard to visualise different colours or textures in your own space and they can vary significantly dependant on lighting and your existing pieces. Our appro service gives you the opportunity to try out a product for 24 hours in your own space, to help you make the right decision.

The annual Holly Hospice trail showcases some beautiful homes around Hawke's Bay to raise money for the charity. Our Madisons stylists along with our florists collaborated to style this beautiful home on Kuku Lane in Te Awanga.
