CARE
Rattan furniture is recommended for indoor use only. For general cleaning, gently wipe frame with a clean, damp cloth to remove dust or spills and vacuum woven parts with a natural brush attachment. Compressed air is also effective for removing dust. For major liquid spills, remove all upholstery, hose the rattan furniture and place in a drying room or outside in direct sunlight to dry thoroughly in order to prevent any mould from developing. Do not leave in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as this is likely to deteriorate the frame and weave and cause the colour to fade. Never use wax or wax based cleaners on rattan as this will ‘eat’ at the fibres, causing the rattan to rot.
